Returns Policy
Once a product is purchased and either collected or delivered, Teko.lk does not accept returns unless the item is defective and qualifies under our warranty policy.
We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The item must be in brand-new condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all seals intact and untampered.
- The product must be returned within 7 working days from the date of purchase.
- All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and original invoice must be included.
- The exchange will be approved only after a thorough inspection by Teko.lk management.
- The customer may exchange for:
- A different product of equal value, or
- An upgraded product by paying the price difference.
⚠️ Teko.lk reserves the right to deny exchanges if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after purchase
- Delay in delivery caused by third-party courier services
- Incompatibility with other equipment not disclosed at the time of purchase
Products returned for warranty claims will be repaired or exchanged, depending on the situation and eligibility. If the warranty claim is denied due to misuse or non-compliance with the warranty terms, the product will be returned, and repair charges may apply.
Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for delivery and pickup costs associated with exchanges or warranty inspections.
- Any product found to be tampered with, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for exchange.
- The return and exchange request must be initiated by contacting our support team first.
